30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused or used minimally (less than 30% remaining is acceptable for first-time buyers)
- In its original packaging when possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

1. Email us at hello@zaynoil.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address (US warehouse)
3. Ship the product back to the address we provide
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days

REFUND PROCESSING

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card)
- Refund processing takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (varies by bank)
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@zaynoil.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Wholesale orders (Pro Pack 10 bottles and above) — final sale
- Promotional items or free gifts

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different pack size, please request a refund and place a new order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ZAYN currently ships within the continental United States only. International returns are not accepted at this time.
