ZAYN — Shipping Policy

📦 SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

ZAYN currently ships to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship internationally.

🚚 FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

⏱️ PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

Orders placed:
- Before 12pm EST on a business day: processed same day
- After 12pm EST or on weekends/holidays: processed next business day

📬 DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes:
- 3-5 business days for most US destinations
- 5-7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas

Total estimated delivery: 4-7 business days from order date.

🚀 EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping (2-day delivery) is available at checkout for an additional fee. This service is available for orders shipping to the continental United States only.

📍 TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination).

🏠 SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including:
- Full street address
- Apartment/suite number (if applicable)
- City, state, ZIP code
- Phone number (required for delivery)

ZAYN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@zaynoil.com — we will do our best to correct it before shipping.

📦 LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and your local post office first
2. Contact us within 7 days at hello@zaynoil.com
3. We will work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement

For damaged packages: please refuse delivery if possible, or contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
